Systems Architecture, Integration Engineering, and Technical Consulting
JASE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTIES, LLC delivers computer integrated systems design for enterprise platforms. The six services below form one continuous method, and we usually enter a client relationship at the band where the ground is least stable.
One Practice, Six Bands, No Resold Platforms
We are an independent technical consultancy. We hold no reseller agreements that would bias a recommendation, and every finding we produce is written for the people who commissioned it. The services below can be engaged individually or as a full survey, and each one ends in a chart that both executives and engineers can read.
Systems Architecture Design
Architecture is the structural survey that everything else is built upon. We map the complete platform as one sectional drawing: where each service lives, which component owns which data, how failure propagates, and where the load actually lands under peak conditions. The deliverable is a living architectural model with explicit boundaries, dependency rules, and a written rationale for every major decision. We also document the architectural trade-offs that were rejected, so future teams understand why the current shape was chosen. This service is the natural starting point for greenfield platforms, major replatforming efforts, and any organization whose architecture has grown faster than its documentation.
Platform Integration Engineering
Enterprise platforms fail most often at the seams, so we engineer those seams as deliberately as any application. Our integration engineers design and build the adapters, message contracts, idempotency rules, and reconciliation logic that connect billing, logistics, identity, customer systems, and reporting into one coherent body. We define interface contracts in versioned form, instrument each integration with tracing and alerting, and run replay tests against historical load before declaring a seam finished. Where a vendor API is unstable or undocumented, we design a protective facade so that internal systems are insulated from external drift. The result is an integration layer that can be changed safely rather than feared.
Technical Due Diligence
Technical due diligence is the reading of uncertain ground before capital moves. We open the repositories, the cloud accounts, the build pipelines, the vendor agreements, and the on-call history, then report in plain terms what is load-bearing, what is decorative, and what is already cracking. Our findings cover code health, infrastructure cost trajectory, security posture, license exposure, team capability, and the realistic effort required to reach the next stage of scale. Investors, acquirers, and boards use the report to price risk, but engineering leaders also use it as a remediation roadmap. We present both a written assessment and a live briefing where every conclusion can be challenged directly.
Data Pipeline Integration
A pipeline that arrives late, duplicates records, or silently drops events is the quietest fault an organization can carry. We design ingestion, schema contracts, transformation, enrichment, and retention so that every record can be traced from the moment it entered the platform to the moment it is consumed. We instrument pipelines with freshness, completeness, and volume checks, and we treat schema changes as versioned events rather than surprises. Where batch and streaming systems must coexist, we define the reconciliation rules that keep both views consistent. The outcome is a defensible data supply chain that analytics, operations, and finance can all trust.
Infrastructure Modernization
Aging infrastructure rarely announces its own limits, so we measure capacity, latency, reliability, and unit cost across the estate before recommending a single migration. We then move workloads in bounded waves, each wave carrying its own rollback path, success criteria, and communication plan. Modernization can mean containerization, a move to managed services, a regional restructuring, or the retirement of silent technical debt, and the right answer is determined by measurement rather than fashion. Throughout the program we keep an operational runbook current so that the platform can be operated by the client team from day one. No modernization wave proceeds without a tested return path.
Advisory and Liaison Services
The final band is the standing relationship, where our senior engineers sit beside your leadership and vendor partners as a steady technical voice. We translate between business intent and engineering reality, chair architecture and integration review forums, and keep the survey chart current as the platform grows. Liaison work includes vendor evaluation, contract technical review, roadmap sequencing, hiring support, and independent verification of partner claims. Because the ground keeps moving, engagements in this band often run for years. Clients keep us close because a trusted measurement voice is cheaper than a misread fault line.
The Survey Process
Every engagement follows the same measured sequence, whether it runs for six weeks or six years. The sequence is deliberate: read the ground, draw the chart, agree the reading, then move only where the evidence supports movement.
Reconnaissance
We gather artefacts, interview owners, and observe the platform in operation before forming any opinion.
Instrumentation
We place measurements on the parts that matter so that claims are separated from evidence.
Charting
Findings are drawn into a readable survey with explicit priorities, risks, and recommendations.
Reading Review
We present the chart live and invite challenge, because a reading that cannot be questioned cannot be trusted.
Bounded Movement
Change proceeds in waves, each with rollback, and the drum keeps recording the trace.
Bring Us an Unstable Chart
If a platform is drifting, a migration has stalled, or a decision needs an independent technical reading, JASE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTIES, LLC can open a survey within two weeks.
